In the next to the last paragraph I believe you meant to say by the time the Talmud (or maybe Tosefta) was redacted and codified - not Mishnah. <br /><br />Also being very picky. the progression of interpretions in the Tosefta is ABC, BCD, CDE, DEF, FGH.
